  • Is the bridal suite complimentary on the night of the wedding?

    Yes

  • How much is the deposit & how do we pay?

    To guarantee the date the booking deposit is €1,000 with a second €2,000 due six months in advance of the date.

  • Do you cater for rehearsal/post wedding day parties?

    Yes, we can offer pre and post wedding day events.

  • Do you cater for children?

    Yes, we can offer special children’s menus.

  • Do you have a one wedding per day policy?

    Yes.

  • Is there somewhere secure to store wedding cards/ gifts?

    There will be a safe in your room for cards etc. and to also store gifts.

  • What time does the bar close at?

    Friday & Saturday 1.30am

    Sunday – Thursday 12.30am

    *music must finish when the bar closes

  • Is there a resident’s bar?

    Yes, available for overnight residents only.

  • Do you offer a complimentary menu tasting?

    Yes, usually 6 – 8 weeks in advance of the wedding. This guarantees everything is within season.

  • Can we turn up or should we book viewing?

    Please pre-book any viewing to guarantee Thomas Prior Hall is available and see if a member of a member of the sales team is free to meet you.

  • What is the capacity?

    160 on round tables.

  • What is the room hire?

    Room hire is complimentary based on a minimum of 100 adults.

    Room hire will apply for a civil ceremony.

  • What are the minimum numbers?

    100 adults.

  • Can you bring in outside caterers?

    No

  • Are we licenced to have the ceremony here?

    Yes.

  • What accommodation is offered?

    We offer 20 bedrooms at the reduced wedding rate, additional rooms are charged at the Best Available Rate.

    Yes, the overnight rate is €12.00 or €1.50 per hour.

    Yes, the Aircoach stops outside the hotel, Sandymount DART station is a five minute walk and there are ample taxis available.
